Human Inflammation Panel 3

The LEGENDplex™ Human Inflammation Panel 3 (14-plex) is a bead-based multiplex assay, using fluorescence-encoded beads suitable for use on various flow cytometers. This panel allows simultaneous quantification of 14 key targets involved in inflammation and immune response such as CD14, IL-6Rα (CD126), CD163, TSG6, CHI3L1 (YKL-40), IL-18BP, S100A8, OPG (TNFSF11B), RANKL (TRANCE), IL-18Rα (CD218a), CD30, TWEAK (TNFSF12), HMGB1, MRP-14 (S100A9). This assay panel provides higher sensitivity and broader dynamic range than traditional ELISA methods. The panel has been validated for use on cell culture supernatants, serum, and plasma samples.
