Mouse Immune Checkpoint Panel 1

The LEGENDplex™ Mouse Immune Checkpoint Panel 1 (12-plex) is a bead-based multiplex assay panel, using fluorescence-encoded beads suitable for use on various flow cytometers. It allows for simultaneous quantification of 12 mouse immune checkpoint proteins including PD-L1 (CD274), OX-2 (CD200), PD-L2 (CD273), CTLA-4 (CD152), B7-2 (CD86), TIGIT (Vstm3), B7-1 (CD80) , sCD27 (TNFRSF7), PD-1 (CD279), IL-2Rα (sCD25), PVR (CD155), HVEM (CD270).This panel provides higher sensitivity and broader dynamic range than traditional ELISA methods. This panel has been validated for use on serum, plasma and cell culture supernatant sample. The LEGENDplex™ Mouse Immune Checkpoint Panel 1 is designed to allow flexible customization within the panel. It can also be divided into subpanels.
