Human Apolipoprotein (Apo) Panel

The Human Apo panel is a multiplex bead-based assay panel, using fluorescence–encoded beads suitable for use on various flow cytometers. This panel allows simultaneous quantification of the 11 human Apo proteins listed below. The panel has been validated for use with serum, plasma and cell culture supernatant samples.

Due to differences in dilution requirements for Apo AII, Apo B100, and Apo CII from other assay targets, these analytes cannot be combined with other analytes for users analyzing serum/plasma samples.
