Human Neuroinflammation Panel 2

The LEGENDplex™ Human Neuroinflammation Panel 2 (10-plex) is a bead-based multiplex assay intended for use on various flow cytometers. This panel allows simultaneous quantification of 10 neuroinflammation markers: CD14, CD163, CRP (PTX1), D-dimer, ICAM-1 (CD54), MMP-2, NSE (ENO2), VCAM-1 (CD106), vWF, YKL-40 (CHI3L1). This panel provides broader dynamic range than traditional ELISA methods and allows simultaneous detection of several cytokines in a sample. The panel has been validated for use on serum, plasma, CSF, and cell culture supernatant samples.

The Human Neuroinflammation Panel 2 is divided into subpanels based on dilution requirements of differing sample types for target analytes. Please order the subpanel appropriate for your sample types. The 10-plex is validated for tissue culture supernatant and CSF. The 6-plex and 3-plex panels are validated for tissue culture supernatant, CSF, and serum\plasma. Serum and plasma samples are not recommended for NSE.
