Mouse Inflammation Panel 2

The LEGENDplex™ Mouse Inflammation Panel 2 (13-plex) is a bead-based multiplex assay panel, using fluorescence-encoded beads suitable for use on various flow cytometers. It allows for simultaneous quantification of 13 mouse proteins related to inflammation, including IL-6Ra (CD126), gp130 (CD130), OPG, TNF-RII (CD120b), IL-4Ra (CD124), PTX3, RAGE, ST2 (IL-33R), TSG6, IL-2Ra (CD25), IL-1R1 (CD121a), TNF-RI (CD120a), CD40L.This panel provides higher sensitivity and broader dynamic range than traditional ELISA methods.
