Recommended Usage

The LEGENDplex™ Wash Buffer (20X) must be diluted to 1X working solution with deionized water prior to use. To prepare a 1X solution, dilute one (1) part LEGENDplex™ Wash Buffer (20X) to nineteen (19) parts deionized water. Please refer to the specific LEGENDplex™ Assay manual for detailed usage instructions. Each lot of LEGENDplex™ Wash Buffer (20X) has been tested by LEGENDplex™.
