Cell-Vive™ Ultra-LEAF™ Defined True-Stain Monocyte Blocker™, GMP is a defined cyanine blocking solution designed to be used in immunostaining procedures. This product has been formulated to block non-specific binding commonly seen on monocytes and macrophages. The blocker is most effective when doing surface staining on live cells prior to the fixation step in a staining protocol.

Recommended Usage

Add 5µl of the Cell-Vive™ Ultra-LEAF™ Defined True-Stain Monocyte Blocker™, GMP for up to 1x106 cells immediately prior to the addition of antibodies, or mixed into the antibody cocktail, so that the final staining volume will equal 100 µl. This step can be performed at room temperature or on ice (2-8°C) for at least 15 minutes.
