Total cell lysate from HeLa (15 µg/lane) were resolved by electrophoresis (4-20% Tris-Glycine), transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with purified anti-GAPDH (clone Poly6314, rabbit IgG) antibody (lane 1) and purified anti-β-actin (clone 2F1-1, mouse IgG) antibody (lane 2). After a 30 minute wash, both lanes were further probed with purified anti-rabbit IgG (clone 6B9G9) antibody. Proteins were visualized using an HRP goat anti-mouse IgG antibody and chemiluminescence detection. Direct-Blot™ HRP anti-β-actin (clone 2F1-1) antibody was used as a loading control. -
Immunofluorescence of HeLa cells without (A) or with (B-D) pericentrin Rabbit primary antibody (Cat. No. 923701). Rabbit IgG mouse antibody was used as the secondary antibody (Cat. No. 410404). Alexa Fluor® 488 (Green) Goat anti-Mouse IgG (Cat. No. 405319) was used as tertiary antibody. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue, Cat. No. 422801). The image was captured with a 60X objective. Exposure time (Seconds) for (A-D) is 1/15. Concentrations for (A, B) is 1 µg/ml, (C) is 0.5 µg/ml, (D) is 0.2 µg/ml.

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.1 - 0.5 µg per ml. For immunocytochemistry, a concentration range of 0.2 - 1.0 μg/ml (Dilution 1:500-1:2500) is recommended. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
